Experienced, versatile and switched-on Admin Assistant required for a fast-paced Private Family Office based in Central London

Duties:

  • Communicating and coordinating among the team and assisting with any and all administrative duties
  • Compile reports for various team members on numerous topics
  • Filing and sorting out various documents in a coherent order
  • Act as a gatekeeper to the department, passing on messages and fielding calls

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of using different phone and software systems
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner
  • Clear and concise in communication of all kinds
  • Adaptable and willingness to take on challenges
  • Professional

Salary is based on a 40-hour week, Monday – Friday with the occasional evening or weekend overtime required depending on the business needs.
